A versatile equipment to handle fly dust in a clean room application where powder is handled suitable to Pharma and Process Industries. This compact design with little footprint helps to extract fly powders at source during material handling like loading/unloading, Blending, Sifting, Milling/pulverising, fluid Bed Drying, Granulating, Tablet making etc.
This equipment can be installed inside clean rooms leaving the filtered air in the same room. It has two stage filtration to ensure clear air exhaust complying to the clean room specifications. The mobility of the equipment with wheels fitted at the base ensures flexibility to position them wherever required. The equipment is made out of SS 304/316 and designed in compliance with GMP standards. This equipment footprint is compact with silent operation.
The filter media has very high filtration efficiency upto 1 micron and further filtration upto 0.3 micron can be done by HEPA filters. This also can be used as product recovery system.
Properly designed suction hood to suit different process equipments make the unit very effective.
